USE DIRECTIONS:

Formula 4000E may be sprayed, brushed or mopped onto soiled areas.

Dilute according to soiled conditions:

  • Light – 1 to 20 with water
  • Medium – 1 to 10 with water
  • Heavy – 1 to 5 with water

Do not allow product to dry. Always rinse with water.

Caution:

Contains strong alkalies. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Harmful if swallowed. In case of contact with skin, rinse immediately.

In case of eye contact immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Call a doctor.

If swallowed DO NOT induce vomiting. Immediately go to hospital or doctor.
