Easy-to-use directions:

Tar and Asphalt Removal: Apply D TAR to the surface to be cleaned with a pump-up sprayer. For heavy-duty cleaning, use undiluted or dilute up to 1 part cold water to 1 part D Tar. For medium to light cleaning, dilute up to 40 parts water to 1 part D Tar. Allow 10 minutes soak time for best cleaning. For heavy soils, a second application may be necessary. After cleaning, always rinse with clean water

For cleaning glue, adhesives, cutting oils, polishing compounds, oils and lubricants, dilute at 4 parts water to 1 part D Tar with agitation for optimum cleaning. For heavy soils, a second application may be necessary. After cleaning, always rinse with clean water
